Domestic Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not feeling the love, please email with your order number in the subject line for help with returns and exchanges.

Most garments purchased at full price can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the original shipping date. Items must be unworn and have ALL tags attached.

International Returns and Exchanges

International returns, unfortunately, cannot be accepted at this time.

Our products are in high demand. There is no guarantee the new item will be in stock when your return is received by our warehouse, but we will do our best to find you something you love!

Final Sale: 
Items marked down 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Authorization:
Once you have spoken with a customer service representative through email at, a return label will be generated upon the approval of your return request. You will receive the label at the email address you provided during your purchase. Please allow 3 business days to receive your return label.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for transit and an additional 3 business days to process your credit. Your refund will be issued to your credit card account.



Upon request price adjustments will be made on merchandise permanently marked down within 7 days of the original date of purchase. No price adjustments will be made for temporary price reductions.


If you wish to change or cancel an order once it is placed, we will make every effort to accommodate you. If the order has already been shipped, changes can be handled through our exchange and return policy.
