Thank you for visiting and shopping at Catnip and Seaweed LLC, hereafter referred to as "catnip and seaweed" or "catnipandseaweed.com" as well as "Catnip and Seaweed LLC."
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Domestic shipping rates and delivery estimates
Unless a promotional free shipper offer is advertised, we offer flat rate $5 standard shipping in the US and $17 flat rate expedited shipping in the US.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
catnipandseaweed.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Catnip and Seaweed is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the following countries for a flat rate, standard shipping fee of $55USD:
Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bhutan, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Laos, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macao SAR, Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Paraguay, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay
All other countries or territories are currently excluded.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Catnip and Seaweed will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
Catnip and Seaweed is not able to offer any compensation if a parcel has not been received after the courier company has delivered to your correct address.
Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee.
Once an order ships and is in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order.
